Founded by Paula Sullivan, a real estate agent with Century 21 Custom Home Realty is Mendon, MA, this site is an educational resource designed to take the confusion and overwhelm out of buying a home — especially for those doing it for the first time. Buying a home is a major financial and emotional decision, and having the right information makes all the difference.

My role is to help buyers understand what’s happening at every step, why it matters, and how to make decisions that feel informed and aligned — not rushed or pressured.
